Warranty coverage
12-month limited warranty
Eligible products are covered for manufacturing defects for 12 months from the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.
What to prepare
Have your order number, product model, purchase channel and a clear description of the issue ready. Photos or video may be requested after we review your claim.
30-day returns
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items should be returned with their original packaging, parts and accessories.
For non-quality returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the risk of loss in transit. For verified quality issues, our support team will confirm the appropriate return or replacement arrangement.
