Returns and refunds

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Yirinatek. Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product should be returned with its original packaging, parts and accessories. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can review the request and provide return instructions.

For non-quality returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the risk of loss in transit. For verified quality issues, our support team will confirm the appropriate return, replacement or other resolution.

Refund timing

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, an approved refund is processed within 10 days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

12-month limited warranty

Eligible Yirinatek products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the purchase date. Warranty service requires valid proof of purchase and applies to products purchased through Yirinatek.net, Amazon or Walmart.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, improper installation, ordinary wear or failure to follow the product instructions.
